Current students
All students currently on role at RSG can continue to purchase uniform via Wisepay. Once received, your order will be processed and delivered to the students year office for collection within 48 hours.
New Year 7 students, joining us from September 2022
Uniform will be available to pre-order during the Year 6 induction week, Monday 4th July to Thursday 7th July 2022. We will be open from 14:30 until 16:00 Monday to Wednesday, and from 14:30 until 19:30 on Thursday.
Uniform can also be purchased during the summer holidays, Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 15:00.

Terms and Conditions
Uniform may be returned within 28 days with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition.
Please note that the removal of tags will be taken as evidence of use of a product by you and the uniform cannot be returned in these circumstances.

Plain navy blue drop waist pleated knee length or twin pleated skirt - to be worn no shorter than 3 inches above the knee. |
Trousers |
Plain navy blue, tailored loose straight leg or bootleg style (not "skinny fit"). Wide enough to allow sufficient width at the ankle, allowing for boots to be worn underneath the trouser. Summer term only City shorts. |
Sweatshirt/Cardigan |
V-necked navy blue with embroidered school logo, or navy cardigan with embroidered school logo. Each sweatshirt/cardigan must have the year specific ribbon sown below the school logo
White round neck t-shirt may be worn under blouse in winter months |
Socks/Tights |
Plain, white or dark |
Footwear |
Leather–like flat shoes or ankle boots in black, dark brown or navy, no canvas shoes, plimsolls or sandals to be worn. |
Coat |
Plain navy, black, cream or light coloured jacket. |
All uniform items should be labelled clearly with the owner's name.
Jewellery
The only jewellery which may be worn is a watch and no more than 2 small stud earrings (no stretchers) which must be removed for Physical Education.
FACIAL PIERCINGS AND OTHER VISIBLE PIERCINGS AND TATTOOS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Hair, Nails & Make-Up
Hair dye must be within the attached range. Please see hair colour chart. Shaved patterns in the hair are not permitted.
No make-up is to be worn by pupils in years 7-11.
No coloured nail varnish to be worn. False nails (acrylic) should not be longer than 0.5cm from the finger tip and must not be patterned or coloured.
Hair bands, scrunchies and clips, if worn, must be small and plain navy blue or black in colour. Bandanas are not allowed.
Any items that are an infringement of our uniform policy may be confiscated.

All kit should be clearly named.
All kit should be plain and void of any large pictures/designs/logos.
Long hair should be tied back. Students should provide their own hair bands, although the PE department has a supply of elastic bands which could be used.
All jewellery should be removed
This should be placed in valuables tray and then handed into the PE Office. No responsibility will be taken for valuables left in the changing room.
Medical bracelets/necklaces should also be removed, and the member of staff informed.
All staff should challenge any students who are wearing incorrect uniform, jewellery and makeup. Facial or other obvious body piercings and tattoos are not permitted.
Any student not adhering to the school’s expectations will be sent home to change. This action will be followed up through our disciplinary procedures and in accordance with the Department for Education School Uniform Guidance, Sept 2013, which states that “Teachers can discipline pupils for breaching the school’s rules on uniform or appearance” and that “a head teacher may ask a pupil to go home to remedy a breach of the school’s rules on appearance or uniform.” In line with our behaviour policy, we will also make a decision to isolate any student in incorrect uniform.
