Transition 2021

Ms N Bell, Deputy Headteacher, Mr B Eason, Deputy Headteacher and Mrs K Lomas-Roadnight, Assistant Headteacher are responsible for overseeing the progress and welfare of students in Years 7 and 8.  This team along with Mr L Green, Director of Studies, lead and support a team of Form Tutors, who have daily close contact with their form and are able to monitor the progress and personal as welll as academic achievement of the students in their care.  Additionally there is also the support of the year office which your child can attend if they have any concerns.

No child at Rainham is overlooked. High priority is given to ensuring that girls are well looked after in all aspects of their school life.

During the Summer Term, Ms Bell along with other staff including the Director of Studies (Year 7), Year Manager and the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, will contact your daughter's primary school to gather key information to best support all new students in September.

Please find below a welcome introduction from Dr K Roberts, Executive Headteacher and Mrs V Shaw, Head of School.  Additionally, you will find other presentations from SLT about different areas of the school.
