Last week 15, Year 12 students visited Canterbury Christ Church University to attend a workshop on research skills and personal statement writing. This event is part of a sixth form programme to help students prepare for university applications and consider extra-curricular activities that would support them with this. Further support will now be provided in school for all students in Year 12 who would like to consider extra-curricular research activities.

⭐ We had a very exciting visit last week! ⭐ The BBC came into school to shine a spotlight on females in football, exploring the future of the game and how we deliver football to the next generation. They chose our very own inspirational Miss Russ to lead the way! ⚽👏 The BBC interviewed Amy along with some of our fantastic young footballers, and the feature was aired on Friday. To top it all off, Miss Russ and her team went on to win their match on Sunday which was the 4th round of the adobe FA cup! 🏆 We are incredibly proud of Miss Russ, her team, and our brilliant girls, and we wish them the very best of luck in their next match. Keep inspiring! 💙⚽✨
